Jackie lee Woods

Chef Jackie Woods has worked at a variety of Michelin-starred restaurants in the United States. Before starting Donut Monster & Atwood, he was the Chef de Cuisine at Ardent, Milwaukee’s #1 ranked restaurant by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (2019). Prior to Ardent, Woods worked at Redd in Napa Valley, California, Bacchus in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and was the Sous chef at Umami Moto also in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Paris Dreibelbis

Chef Paris Dreibelbis grew up in Dubuque, IA where his cooking career began. He moved to Minneapolis to work under James Beard Award-winning chefs Gavin Kaysen of Spoon & Stable and Paul Berglund of Bachelor Farmer.

In 2015, Paris competed in a prestigious young-chef competition, Ment'or BKB. Paris competed as a Sous chef and took 2nd place. In 2017, he competed again, this time as the chef contestant, and took 1st place. Winning gave Paris the opportunity to work with Team USA and three-Michelin-stared chef Matthew Kirkley in Napa, California as they prepared for the Bocuse d’Or (Culinary Olympics) in Lyon, France. Most recently, Paris was Chef de Cuisine of Bacchus, a Bartolotta restaurant, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
