At Brute, we believe great pizza starts with time - not shortcuts.

Our signature crust is naturally fermented for depth, texture, and character. Thin in the middle and thick, airy on the edges, every pie is hand-tossed and made to order. We use a homemade tomato sauce, rich Wisconsin cheese, and fresh, locally sourced toppings that change with the seasons.

Every pizza is baked hot and fast, crisped to perfection in 5 to 7 minutes.
