Slow 3-day fermentation is the secret to our flavorful dough, which is made with Meadowlark Organics flour. It’s the perfect complement to the Savory tomato sauce and Wisconsin mozzarella that tops each of our 11-12 inch pizzas.

Parbaked Instructions

Parbaked pizzas are Paritally cooked so you can finish cooking them at home for a fresher pizza when you are ready to eat. We recommend this option if from the time you get the pizza to when you want to eat is more than one hour.

For Parbaked Pizzas:

  1. Preheat oven and pizza stone (optional) to 450°F.

  2. Place pizza on stone or on a metal sheet in the oven.

  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

  4. Enjoy!

For Parbaked Parmesan Garlic Bites:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. Put bites in the oven for 5 minutes.

  3. Take out, top with Magic Brush, and enjoy!
