Our signature sourdough crust is naturally fermented for depth, texture, and character and is the foundation of every thoughtfully crafted pizza we serve. Thin in the middle and thick and airy on the edges. The hand-tossed crust is topped off with a homemade tomato sauce, Wisconsin cheese, and fresh locally sourced toppings. Each pizza is cooked in a 750°F oven where it finishes in 5-7 minutes.
